Mr. Md. Rabiul Islam graduated from DPMM in May 2010. Earlier he accomplished his Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Welfare from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Work, University of Rajshahi and Trustee of an independent research institute “Development Synergy Institute” (DSI), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He involved both in teaching and research in Rajshahi University. His major research focuses are Community Based Disaster Management, Environment, Ecology and Climate Justice, Disaster and Development and Human Rights. Recently, “Disaster Management and Rehabilitation” course is being conducted by him at graduate level in the Department of Social Work, University of Rajshahi.
