Mr. Karn Paneetsin comes from Meahongson province one of a far north boundary province of Thailand. He completed his bachelor degree from Chiang Mai University in 2003 with major of Civil Engineering. He joined DPMM because he believes that protection is needed in every kind of natural hazards especially when disasters are increasing, and there are very few professional engineers who can really understand and know exactly how to deal with a situation especially in north of Thailand.
