Mr. Thanathep Haitookha completed Bachelor and Master Degree in Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand in 1997 and 2010 respectively.  He also has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Naval Ratting School, Thailand (1991). He is currently working as a Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officer 6th at Talukdu Sub-district Municipality since 2004. He has also worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Royal Thai Navy from 1991 to 2004. He is certified as an expert of Industrial Firefighting Prevention, Evacuation and Emergency Response Course, 6th by Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Academy (DPMA), Thailand.
