Mr. Md. Shahab Uddin graduated from DPMM in December 2010. His previous degree was Masters in Marine Science of Oceanography Branch from the Institute of Marine Sciences and Fisheries from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh in 2008, and his bachelors was also in Marine Science from the same university in 2006. He stood first class first in both of these degrees. His major field of interest is in disaster management, climate change, GIS and remote sensing and oceanography. He was involved in few research projects as research assistant. He has also published one article in an international journal. One more article is accepted by another journal while another one has been submitted. He is currently working as a GIS Consultant at Asian Disaster, Preparedness Center (ADPC), Thailand.
