Ms.Epifânia holds a Bsc in Environmental Management from  the University Católica de Moçambique (2014-2017). She also holds a certificate in Rural Communication from the University Eduardo Mondlane (2009-2011). In 2009, she started working for the National Institute For Disaster Management in Mozambique as a Financial Administrator. In  2013 she was promoted to the position of technician in the Prevention Department, a position that she holds to date . Her key duties and responsibilities have been: Planning, drafting budgets and detailed reports on the missions (simulations, training committees, Provincial and District DRR Technical Board) in order to  comply with the priority and designed activities and arranging logistic activities during emergency periods.
