Mr. Chutinan is currently working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kingdom of Thailand as a diplomat (third secretary). He formerly served in the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, North America Division. He believes that DPMM will broaden and sharpen his interest, knowledge and expertise in disaster issues, particularly in international relations perspective, which will prosper his career as a representative of Thailand in foreign services for disaster-related policy formulation and  implementation.
