Core Curriculum Courses
Following courses have been developed through the collaboration between AIT faculties, and experts from partner institutions. These courses are designed to cover main types of natural disasters and some key human-made disasters. The scope of study includes scientific and engineering aspects as well as management, social, environmental, economic and policy issues. The list of courses are as follows:

Internship
Internships are a must for our Professional Master’s Students. We also encourage all our students to do internships so that they can have exposure to disaster related issues in the practical level. An internship at national, regional or international organizations such as ADPC, GIC, UNDP, UNEP, or ITC (The Netherlands) will be arranged for students in the Professional Master’s Degree Program.
